Training view "Unrecognized questions"

The Unrecognized questions view summarizes all user utterances that did not gain enough confidence in conversations with the virtual assistant to detect the correct intent.

You can view unrecognized questions by language by selecting the desired language from the dropdown menu.

There are two ways to browse the view:

  • Show unprocessed questions – Shows questions that have not yet been added to a specific intent or knowledge base.
  • Show all questions - Shows all unrecognized questions, including those that have already been processed.

To see users' unrecognized questions from recent conversations, click the Update button. You can also mark worthless or already processed questions and delete them from the list to keep it clean.

Information on the Question

Each record in the list contains the following details:

  • Date and time – The date and time the question was received.
  • User types – The exact question asked by the user in the conversation.
  • Response - A preview of the virtual assistant's response from the conversation that took place.
  • Processed – A check mark appears if the question has already been processed by one of the trainers (e.g., added to an intent or the knowledge base).

To edit an unrecognized question, click on the required record or click the pencil icon.
