Option 1

1. While holding the Alt key, click the state or topic where the transition should be. It creates a self-loop next to the topic or a state and the transition editing window opens.
2. In the transition editing window, under User types, select an existing intent or prepare a new one.
3. Under virtual assistant replies, select an existing output and type a new virtual assistant response.
4. Save the information and close the editing window.
5. Publish the scenario.

Option 2

1. Click the topic or state in which you want to add a question with an answer.
2. In the state editing or topic editing window, click Add question with answer. The transition editing window opens.
3. In the transition editing window, under User types, select an existing intent or prepare a new one.
4. Under Virtual assistant replies, select an existing output or type a new virtual assistant response.
5. Save the information and close the editing window.
6. Publish the scenario.
