Collected data view
- The Collected data view is accessible to virtual assistant users with the administrator role.
This view presents all the information gathered using the savedata function in the scenario. It allows the collection of various types of information, ranging from conversation languages to specific user responses. The data collected by this function is summarized in the view and displayed in four columns:
- Parameter (name associated with the data type)
- Value (specific value)
- Conversation identifier (identifies the specific conversation where the data type was collected)
- Date and time (timestamp of the conversation)
The Collected data view includes a search field, enabling users to locate specific records. Additionally, users can select and delete one or more records from a table.
For easier data browsing, users can adjust the number of records displayed per page and navigate through subsequent pages when dealing with a large volume of records.
All data is exported in .tsv format. In the exported file, the information is organized into four columns: date and time, conversation identifier, parameter, and value.
