General info to include
- Specify the product or solution you're experiencing issues with.
- Provide a clear explanation of the issue you're facing. What exactly is happening, and when does it occur? Tell us what you were trying to do and what happened.
- Screenshot (Optional). If a screenshot can visually represent the problem, include it in your email.
- Specify the internet browser you're using (e.g., Chrome, Firefox, Safari) and it's version.
- Check the browser console for errors (Optional):
