How to autogenerate text
Virtual assistant trainers can access automatic text generation in both the Scenario view and the Intents or Outputs View.
Auto-generated intent examples
Scenario
- Open the intent to which you want to add some examples.
- Click the Suggest more button with the robot icon next to the intent examples.
- Automatically generated examples are highlighted in yellow. You can edit, delete or otherwise modify them.
- When you're ready to save your changes, click Save.
- Publish the intents for the changes to take effect.
Intents
- Click the pencil icon next to the intent to which you want to add some examples.
- Click the Suggest more button with the robot icon next to the intent examples.
- Automatically created examples are highlighted in yellow. You can edit, delete or otherwise change them.
- When you're ready to save your changes, click Save.
- Publish the intents for the changes to take effect.
Automatic output generation
Scenario
- Open the output with the text you want to change.
- Click the pencil icon.
- Click on the robot icon Rephrase next to the output.
- Select one of the four expressions that the text generation model will use to create the new output: shorter, longer, formal, friendly.
- If the generated output sounds bad, you can undo it by clicking the arrow next to the text you've just created.
- If the generated text is acceptable, save and publish the output.
Outputs
- In the list, locate the output whose text you want to change.
- Click the pencil icon.
- Click on the robot icon Rephrase next to the output.
- Select one of the four expressions that the text generation model will use to create the new output: shorter, longer, formal, friendly.
- If the generated output sounds bad, you can undo it by clicking the arrow next to the text you've just created.
