How to add tags

Tags are special markers that a Virtual Assistant trainer can add to a scenario. Tags are useful for later analysis and review of user conversations. In the Conversations view you can browse conversations for specific information by typing the desired tag name.

Scenario

  1. Click the multipoint in the right corner of the action, then click Add tags from the drop-down menu.
  2. In the new text box that appears, type the name of the tag, then press Enter.

Conversations

  1. Open the conversation and click the multipoint next to the virtual assistant's reply, then click Add tags.
  2. In the new box that appears, type the name of the tag, then press Enter.
