How to add tags
Tags are special markers that a Virtual Assistant trainer can add to a scenario. Tags are useful for later analysis and review of user conversations. In the Conversations view you can browse conversations for specific information by typing the desired tag name.
Scenario
- Click the multipoint in the right corner of the action, then click Add tags from the drop-down menu.
- In the new text box that appears, type the name of the tag, then press Enter.
Conversations
- Open the conversation and click the multipoint next to the virtual assistant's reply, then click Add tags.
- In the new box that appears, type the name of the tag, then press Enter.
