Does it translate the attached documents?​

The add-in translates the contents of the email itself. You will have to download and translate the email attachments using Tilde MT platforms' file translation.

Does it translate the images included in the email?​

No, image content is not translated. You will have to save the images to your device and translate them using Tilde MT platforms' file translation.
