The translation doesn't work / timed-out​

Waiting for the response from the translation engine took too much time. You can retry translating by clicking refresh translation icon.

Failed to translate a file​

Check if the file isn't corrupted and you can open it in other applications. Try again and contact support if the file translation fails again.

Failed to translate file

File is too large for upload​

File upload size limit depends on the subscription plan you have. If your file is larger divide it into smaller ones.

Failed to convert file
