I get “Failed to convert the file” error​

Make sure you've turned off "Track Changes" in Microsoft Office documents. Check if the file isn't corrupted and you can open it in other applications. Contact support

I get “Translation timed out” error​

Waiting for the response from the translation engine took too much time. Retry by clicking into different segment and then back.

I saved translation to TM, but it's not being suggested​

It might take some time for translations to get returned if they have just been saved to TM.
