The button in the menu doesn't work when scrolling the conversation back and clicking it again

If there is a menu button that used to work, but upon scrolling the conversation back and clicking it once more, the button doesn't work, please check if the green transition with appropriate intent leads from the topic to the state that provides the answer on the button click. The most frequent reason for such a mistake is the lack of a topic with a transition in the scenario.
