Intent confidence level changed from high to low

When you work with intents by adding new ones and deleting the ones you don't need anymore, it affects all intents in general. It is possible that the intent confidence level changes.

If the intent confidence level falls and previously recognized intent is no longer detected, add some more intent examples.

Make sure you haven't added very similar or even identical examples for two different intents. Without being able to decide on two very credible options, the intent detector might not give any of them a high enough confidence, so the intent is not detected at all.
