Speech-to-text Real-time event transcription

Event attendee view

This is the view the guests of your event will see.

Before the event starts or during pauses an info screen with scannable QR code will be displayed. You can customize the info screens from the event settings.

Once the event starts attendees will see real-time transcriptions.

At the bottom they will find options to:

1. Enable/disable voice synthesis.
2. Change the translation language.
3. Change the size of the text.
4. Share the link to the event.
5. Additional settings:
   • enable dark theme,
   • full screen mode,
   • option to show partial transcription results. This allows displaying the initial transcription results generated by the speech recognition system before they have been fully processed and refined. These preliminary results may contain errors or inaccuracies.

After the event concludes your attendees will see the end screen.
