Troubleshooting
If your transcription fails to process correctly, an "Error" status will be displayed in the "My files" view. By providing the "Recording ID", our support team can quickly identify the issue and help you achieve accurate transcription.
- Find the failed transcription in My files.
- Click on Event details
- Copy the Recording id.
- Contact support@tilde.com and send them the recording id.
