Troubleshooting

If your transcription fails to process correctly, an "Error" status will be displayed in the "My files" view. By providing the "Recording ID", our support team can quickly identify the issue and help you achieve accurate transcription.

  1. Find the failed transcription in My files.
  2. Click retry icon to resubmit the file for processing.
  3. If retrying doesn't help:
    1. Click on the arrow "" at the end of the row.
    2. Copy the Recording id.
    3. Contact support@tilde.com and send them the recording id.
