Troubleshooting

Transcription not starting

If pressing "Start transcribing" in the Event view doesn't initiate the process, please verify that your browser is granted microphone access. Check your browser settings to ensure the website is authorized to use your microphone.

If transcription does not appear when you press 'Start Transcribing' and speak into the microphone, try selecting a different input device from the microphone dropdown menu

"No internet connection, please reload the page" Error

If you see this error message:

  1. Check Your Internet Connection, ensure you are connected to the internet.
  2. Reload the page to see if the issue resolves.

For more details on the issue, open the browser console by navigating to Developer Tools > Console.
