Payment & billing

Payment methods​

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Credit or debit card,
  • Paypal,
  • Bank transfers for Custom plans.

We accept payment only in euros (EUR).

Billing periods​

All our subscriptions offer monthly and annual payment plans with minimum duration of 1 month, starting on the day you sign up.

Select annual billing for greatest savings or monthly billing for flexibility.

Trial period​

The trial period for any of our products is 2 weeks, starting on the day you sign up.

Change or add your payment details​

To change your payment details:

  1. Open Customer portal.
  2. Enter your email address.
  3. Click Continue.
  4. You will receive a one time password in your email, copy it and paste it into the customer portal form.
  5. Click Login.
  6. Click Payment Methods.
  7. Add your card or PayPal details.
  8. Click Add.
  9. Set it as your primary or secondary payment method and click Update.
