Manage subscriptions

View your subscription details and limits

Tilde MT

To view your subscription information on Tilde MT:

  1. Log into Tilde MT.
  2. At the top right, click on your username.
  3. In the menu, click Subscription.

Tilde Transcribe

To view your subscription information on Tilde Transcribe:

  1. Log into Tilde Transcribe.
  2. At the top right, click on your username.
  3. In the menu, click Subscription.

Change subscription plan

Tilde MT

To change your Tilde MT subscription plan:

  1. Log into Tilde MT.
  2. At the top right, click on your username.
  3. In the menu, click Subscription.
  4. Click Manage subscription.
  5. In the popup, enter the email address you signed up with and click Continue.
  6. You will receive a one time password in your email.
  7. Copy the one time password and paste it into the popup and click Login.
  8. Click on the subscription plan.
  9. Click Edit subscription.
  10. Click Change and select a different plan.
  11. Click Update.

Tilde Transcribe

To change your Tilde Transcribe subscription plan:

  1. Log into Tilde Transcribe.
  2. At the top right, click on your username.
  3. In the menu, click Subscription.
  4. Click Manage subscription.
  5. In the popup, enter the email address you signed up with and click Continue.
  6. You will receive a one time password in your email.
  7. Copy the one time password and paste it into the popup and click Login.
  8. Click on the subscription plan.
  9. Click Edit subscription.
  10. Click Change and select a different plan.
  11. Click Update.

Tilde Website Translator

To change your subscription plan, please, contact Support.

Cancel subscription

You can cancel your subscription at any time. You will have access to full features till the end of the current billing cycle.

Tilde MT

To cancel your Tilde MT subscription:

  1. Log into Tilde MT.
  2. At the top right, click on your username.
  3. In the menu, click Subscription.
  4. Click Manage subscription.
  5. In the popup, enter the email address you signed up with and click Continue.
  6. You will receive a one time password in your email.
  7. Copy the one time password and paste it into the popup and click Continue.
  8. Click on the subscription plan.
  9. Click Cancel subscription.

Tilde Transcribe

To cancel your Tilde Transcribe subscription:

  1. Log into Tilde Transcribe.
  2. At the top right, click on your username.
  3. In the menu, click Subscription.
  4. Click Manage subscription.
  5. In the popup, enter the email address you signed up with and click Continue.
  6. You will receive a one time password in your email.
  7. Copy the one time password and paste it into the popup and click Continue.
  8. Click on the subscription plan.
  9. Click Cancel subscription.
