What to do If anonymisation fails
If anonymisation fails, the status will show Error in the My Files list. Email support@tilde.com with the file ID for assistance.
How to find the file ID:
- Open My files.
- At the top of the table, enable the ID column and click Save to display the IDs in the file table.
- Copy the file ID and include it in your email to us.
My file exceeds the word count or file size limit
Divide your file into smaller ones or Contact Sales to ask about limit increase.
